I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you on behalf of our residents for your wonderful response to our emergency here at the Lebanon Valley Home. As I am certain you are aware, heat can have a devastating effect upon the frail elderly. With the air conditioining inoperable on three of our wings, we were facing a potential evacuation. Evacuating residents is a last resort because this too is full of inherent risk.
Your willingness to go the extra mile by expediting the delivery and installation of our unit was truly commendable. My Director of Maintenance has told me of your dedication and persistence in having everything happen so quickly. Your staff were also very professional and stayed until the job was complete.
